    track offset:- 0.022
    core offset :- 0.2 & 0.3
    pitch:-0.076

      no track offset 0.026 core offset 0.2 & 0.3

      0.022+ 4*0.076(pitch) - 0.3 = 0.026

      Yes. perfect.!
      track_offset is calculated from core edge only.
